2.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

4. Refunds
4.1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
4.3. Please note that depending on your bank, there may be a delay in reflecting the refund in your account.
5. Exchanges
5.1. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
5.2. If the exchange is due to a defective product, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement item.
6. Non-Returnable Items

7.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2. We may require photos of the damaged item and packaging to process your claim.
7.3. For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
8. Late or Missing Refunds

8.2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

9. Sale Items
9.1. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
